IMO, these are the coaching and staff changes that need to be made for next year, in this order - defensive co-ordinator, strength & conditioning, defensive backfield and offensive line.

The only thing the Texas win did was drop Tennessee out of the Citrus Bowl (provided we beat Vandy). We would have been the highest ranked SEC team not in the CFP. Now, Texas will be ahead of us (and no, I don't think Texas will be in the playoffs).
