Long time lurker, hardly ever comment, but what I've seen in the last couple weeks is a team getting stronger, coming together - actually pushing the pile forward vs. getting pushed back. We also lost some of those, but was impressed, especially the Tim Jordan pile rush for a first down! GBO!

Don't post much, but am on here everyday . . . One thing, people are mentioning all over, "he's never been a head coach". True, but something to also consider - he was raised by a head coach - think all those years watching his Dad will be valuable as he, all the coaches & support staff...
