I took my kids to the UAB game for their first visit to Neyland. I have the picture of D-Mo scoring the game winner in my office alongside a picture of my kids at the game. He will always be one of my favorite Vols and I can't wait to cheer for him on Sundays.
All class. All heart. All Vol.
Apparently, Vandy is after Navy OC Ivin Jasper (who is denying interest, but we know how that goes). Makes perfect sense to me...runs a Triple-O, can recruit with tough academic standards.
Nick, you will be missed. Coaches will point to you for years to come as an example of what it means to be a Vol. Thanks for the memories, for giving your all for Tennessee and best wishes in all your future endeavors.
If memory serves me correctly, the Music City Bowl only took Vandy because their choices (along with the Liberty Bowl) were limited to Vandy and Kentucky. UK had played here the prior two years and the bowl wanted someone else and UK wanted to go somewhere else, too.
I remember hearing Scott...
Very well, said. Just think about a year or two from now with an offense led by Bray, an experienced OL, Neal and Da'Rick and Hunter outside when they are all juniors with a lot of game experience and they're bigger and stronger. The future is bright. GBO.
