What if he doesn't get picked 10th? That could very easily happen. He could fall to mid-late first round.
Also, are you capable of not being a smug, know it all *******? These are reasonable discussions about speculative things, I'm sorry you're too small to talk about these things like a grown...
All of the one and done we've had have turned out to be one contract guys who ended up in the G League. I think Nate could be the same. Nothing about him is NBA ready...his body, his game, his mentality. He's passive until the end of games, not a good 3 pt shooter, not good at the rim, and...
He is a 6’10 wing so he is going to get drafted, but I don’t know how well he’s going to do until he gains a ton of weight. He’s not a great shooter, not a great finisher, and he’s kind of a stiff athlete. His game in its current form is not going to translate to the NBA. His shooting will have...
I would not say he’s a top 10 lock. He’s going to drop in the real mock drafts based on actual scouting reports. 33% from 3, terrible at the rim for 6’10, and very skinny. He will get drafted, but he’s going to drop.
I don’t understand people saying they saw good potential in Henderson. He barely played at all, averaged 2 ppg, and shot poor percentages. Doesn’t have great size or athletic ability. At best he’s a long term project.
Again, the expectations for him are so low. Averaging 6 and 2 as a starting shooting guard playing 30 minutes a game sucks. That’s “solid” if you’re fine being a 6/7 seed and having 8 minute scoring droughts. He would not start on any top 25 team.
At least five players this season have gotten a career or season high with him guarding them. People treat him like a make a wish kid. If he scores 6 points in a game, they say “wow, he’s gotten so much better!”
If Boswell is playing more than Evans next year, something is seriously wrong or Barnes has lost his mind. Boswell is an ok defender and about worthless on offense. Evans has so much more potential. If Boswell is playing more than 20 minutes, then we’re going to have another frustrating season.
Gillespie is not a good player, he just has a super high usage rate. He’s been a poor shooter all year. He’ll have one good game, then he’s 4-17 the next three games. He’s also the opposite of clutch. The Houston game is the only game all year where he’s looked like the player I thought we were...
Every person, athlete or not, that says "god is calling me to do x" is just doing what they want to do anyway and using that to justify it. I've never known anyone that has been "called by god" to do something inconvenient.
