Dickens isn't a FBS caliber QB. Zero zip on his passes. Looks like he would struggle to throw it more than 40 yards with a crow hop. Defenses at this level will eat him alive.

I think this is why an FCS guy makes sense. Someone that is looking for an opportunity to come in and compete for a starting job at the FBS level and also make some decent money in the process. Throw a couple hundred k at Cardell Williams and see if he can take the job in the spring.

No. He has zero experience with the NFL. Not even as a former player. I think the college coaches that work best in the NFL at least have some NFL experience to build off of.
