Agreed. Perry was more than solid filling for Sanders until he was healthy. We maybe need to bring in someone to compete with Perry and add depth though.

Vandy had 16 first downs all game. It was a game at half time, but after that Bama locked them down.

I know Vandy had a better year, so it makes sense for them to get a better bowl game. But realistically, Vandy and Iowa won't fill up half of that stadium. You'd have better luck filling out the Nashville Sounds stadium.

From a legal standpoint, it's a penalty. Depending on the language, It's doubtful UGA wins anything here (certainly not 390k,). I doubt they expect to win. It's mostly meant to be a detergent to keep other players from doing it.
