A lot depends on the size of the bowl. I have some really small pipes and some are quite large. The smaller ones may last 15 or 20 minutes, but I can get close to an hour with the bigger pipes. I guess it is a lot like cigars in some last longer than others. You're right, you can pack a bowl...
