So the refs have instituted a new “transitive property of being down!” If your knee touches someone who is touching the ground, you are considered down?!?!
between that, the holding ( uncalled) and the fake injuries, that win should be vacated and the refs removed from their jobs!
I recall her being chosen to be interviewed after her first game as a freshman. She was young but obviously smart and well-spoken, and quick to praise her teammates, especially the upperclassmen! I predicted she had a future after her playing days were over ( thought her body would hold up...
And what about rebounds? I haven’t looked at the box score, but it sure didn’t seem like we were getting very many. What is that supposed to be one of our strengths?
One other thing I noticed: Very little player movement. Reminded me of my daughters’ teams as 4th graders on offense. Everyone trots down and stands rooted to “ their“ spot on the floor!
This game was painful to watch. I couldn’t figure out what the game plan was. It seemed to be everybody just doing what they wanna do. It just really looked disorganized! Freelancing, making it up as they went along, hoping for someone to step up.
I’d like to see our posts establish themselves as forces for Michigan to respect! Forget hot dog passes, eschew turnovers, and play the game! Focus, follow through, make those layups, and all the free throws!
