    If you rarely exceed 10 reps then how do you know what a drop set of 50 plus reps feels like and affects your body? Its good to change things up. It may spark new growth. It will even help you bust through plateaus. it may even make you sore again Posted via VolNation Mobile

    im a firm believer that legs need high reps to respond. I like to do extended drop sets on leg press that sometimes eclipse 50 total reps. If you can walk pain free the day after you do legs then you need rethink your approach to training Posted via VolNation Mobile
