Genuine question....when was the last time a holding call was called against our opponent....

What do you think Heupel was trying to do? Gain 5-10 yards for a long and unlikely field goal (see the end result) or try to get within a makeable distance (for our largely unproven kicker) with the potential to bust a TD.

You can't be serious......the play calls were to win the game (unlike previous coaches) and they were the correct play calls (hence the open receivers). We just lacked the execution. For once we aren't playing to lose....if one of those connected it would be a different conversation, one about...

I never expected a win, only a decent showing.....this was not it.....

For those complaining about timeouts. You don't call timeouts in this scenario with this offense. If you do the advantage goes to the defense, this offense is designed to go fast with little time off the play clock. Execution could have been better, and a timeout before the kick wouldn't hurt...

So let me get this straight.....we have a qb throwing a perfect 7/7 leading drives down the field and he gets pulled because of a somewhat questionable turnover because our Allstar o-line can't block vandy. For us to stall out with a new qb. Yeah....Pruitt is our guy......

You made my point for me. J.G has gotten statistically worse with our coaches here, our coaches haven't had enough practice time to ruin Bailey or Shrout yet.

If the coaches had spent more time with Bailey or Shrout the score would have been a lot worse....(See J.G for examples)

Don't worry, the score looks much better than the game....and that's not saying much.
