From VQ's practice video, it looked like Croom was getting in work with the TEs. North looks the part. Alex Ellis struggled on the JUGGS machine. Moseley looked like a burner on punt return. Helm looks almost as thick as Wolf.

"First off, the quarterbacks are noticeably bigger. Ferguson said he weighs 198 pounds after weighing in at 170 pounds when he got here. Justin Worley is up to 228 pounds from playing at 218 last year.

Quarterbacks aren't the only ones that look different as Maggitt said he is up 245 pounds.

A good bit of chatter about Von Pearson having a good day today making some plays in the open field.

Butch Jones said he really liked the energy his team brought to the practice field. He also joked that the quarterbacks completed more passes today in the skeleton drill than all of last year. He also said the team is faster with the addition of the younger players."

"Jones said Riley Ferguson made some big-time throws today and showed good accuracy. He liked what he saw from him. For what it's worth, he was asked specifically about Ferguson, so he wasn't just raving about him without being prompted."

Blanc was with them also. At one point the coach asks Croom to coach up Wolf so I wonder if they just wanted some experienced guys with the TEs or if he will actually be there.

It also shows a clip of Hurd catching a ball and taking off and he definitely does not look too skinny to be a RB. He looks like a bulldozer with jet engines.

if thwy would have said that about any of the dbs other than cam i would not be impressed but sutton is a baller. excited even more about pearson

Freak lured me into the FF with a link in a text but luckily the thread was about Practice #1 and everyone was upbeat. Also Pearson is gonna beast out fo sho. Dude's stride is smooth and effortless. He probably has gears he hasn't had to try yet.
