@3HL1045: . @John_BriceVQ tells us he does not think there’s any way TN pursues Bruce Pearl if they make a coaching change.

Or lets say Hart has decided that Pearl is his man, do you really think he'd want other ADs who might be looking for a new BBall coach to know that UT is gonna try and get him back and have them get in a bidding war?

Everyone is well aware of our financial issues in the AD, any other team's AD could offer an insane amount that they know UT can't offer. At least if we offer Pearl first he might, big MIGHT there, come back.

Oh ok, I guess you're not aware other schools have already been in contact with Pearl?

That would also be foolish of his agent, quietly get him a contract without gauging other interest first.

They both work for the same company so I would say it's the same info. VQ has better ties than any other media source and it's not even close, if they say something you can pretty much count on it. They rarely say something they don't know is true.

So in other words, I don't think they say that about Pearl based on guesses they're making, someone or someone's has told them that.

I've decided that all of this is nonsense anyway, Tennessee fans could get that petition up to 100k signatures and the liberal jackhole administration over there will do what they want regardless of what the fans want anyway. It's called the Obama syndrome. We'll prob back into the tourney and get Ccm for one more year of mediocre bball.

Standard propaganda from the UTAD. They're pretty much saying "bend over and smile consumer, we're doing what we want, screw you." Then counting on the love of UT to keep you coming back.

This thread is classic. Replace every mention of "Pearl" with "Gruden" and it's identical to the Gruden threads.

Those 60 people who signed the petition 500 times will never get those minutes of their life back.

Lol. Half of the signatures are made up and we have millions of VOL fans. 40-50k unverified signatures aren't going to sway anybody with say so. And what does Obama have to do with UT? :eek:lol:
