Running it for one possession and not running it at all? You are nitpicking. The point is that Martin refuses to use his shutdown defense to win games and you defend him! This team could win the rest of the regular season, win a game or two in the SEC tourney, and go who knows how far in the NCAA if Cuonzo Martin would run that defense for 10 minutes in each game. Of course, that won't happen and the NIT awaits!

Although I agree with you CCM ran it out of a timeout, he decided to come out of it for some reason. It was his call so let it go. Again we need to address the problem and it is much greater that a 1-3-1 zone.

And while there's plenty of talk about a certain former head coach returning, we continue to be told from multiple sources that if a coaching change were made, Tennessee would not pursue Bruce Pearl.

Can anyone tell me that BP would take the job if Coach Martin was fired?
Outside of still having a home for sale in Knoxvegas (I think) why would he take the job??
Just wunderin.....:crazy:
