So does it sound like we are going to have autonomy over our uniform design? The pro combat stuff is nice but I'd like it to keep our traditional look to it. We are a traditional SEC Powerhouse and we should look the part

The current contract with Adidas runs though June 2015.

Because of production times and orders already in production for the upcoming seasons, they do these a year in advance.

Notre Dame was in a different position, their Navy is a stock color that Under Armour could spit out for this year.

Not total autonomy, we'll still have to participate in special uniform programs, but we will have control over the looks of our "regular" uniforms.

I have a hard time fathoming how uptight a lot of you guys are in real life....How can this honestly matter that much to you haha...

I hope they bring back the black outlines on the away jerseys....talk about meltdown.

Each to their own. Nike blows adidas away as far as I am concerned. adidas and none of the others have anything to compare to Flyknits.

I heard on 104.5 that this move was something that CBJ pushed for. They said that he hated Adidas.

The only reason this is an upgrade is because Nike makes better footballs and uniforms. Kicks will go much farther now.
