Crazy new recruiting tactic thought. Would it be against NCAA rules to have a Tennessee coach rent a home next door to a top recruit? I could see it now. Thig hanging out on his porch everytime said recruit stepped out his front door, "Hey (insert recruit name here), what ya doing"?

lol:
What would it cost? Maybe 2 grand to sign a 3 month lease to secure said commitment/s. Do it in highly rated recruiting grounds and you have an automatic "bump" situation with possibly several recruits. Maybe renting a house next to a school like Norcross HS in GA. Recruit wants to talk UT football, he can ring the UT recruiters doorbell at lunch during the school day.
