'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

unless Adoree plans on giving our coaches one heck of a nsd surprise, this not looking good.

99% sure this is Haskew's source.

Gruden thing exposed him as a Message Board lurker, IMO. That whole rumor started with some trolls here and anybody in the "media" who said it was legit got it from here, IMO.

From TOS, hardest Athlete to get a read on...looks like Adoree has everyone guessing

Mike Farrell, National, Mid-Atlantic: I'd say Adoree' Jackson because there are so many teams still in it and he is so hard to read. His family is in Chicago so does he want to play closer to them? He wants to do track at a high level in college so what school does that favor? Will he stay out west with his sister and choose the new USC staff? Right now it wouldn't be surprising if he chose any of his top six schools or if he took this beyond Signing Day.

Adam Gorney, West: Adoree' Jackson remains incredibly difficult to read. He still has six schools remaining on his list although probably four are legitimate contenders to land him. I've known Jackson almost since the time he stepped foot on the Serra campus -- I've seen him play for years and interviewed him a multitude of times but I cannot get a good read on which school he's going to pick on Signing Day. I would imagine USC, Florida, LSU and Tennessee are the favorites but he hasn't said yet. Jackson could legitimately go any way and I wouldn't be completely surprised. Jackson or his camp aren't giving away too many hints so this is one that will be interesting on NSD.

Woody Wommack, Southeast: From my outside view it appears to be Adoree' Jackson. I'm not involved in the day-to-day coverage when it comes to Jackson but it seems as if every fan base he's considering really thinks it's a matter of when, not if they land him. The talented two-way star is drawing comparisons to De'Anthony Thomas and I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps us all holding out breath up until the end the same way Thomas did a few years ago.

''Is this Mr. Haskew? Mr. Haskew this is coach Jones, Adoree Jackson has decided not to attend Tennessee if you could let everyone know I would appreciate it. Thanks, Mr. Haskew.''

I bet it went something like that. In all seriousness, I don't think Jackson knows himself where he is going yet some hack in Chattanooga supposedly knows? When a man gives you a 100% guarantee and then it doesn't happen you know right then that he is full of ****. Stop putting stock in people like this and these message board ''insiders'' who then have to defend their garbage with ''I trusted my source I don't know what happened.'' That's not to say that there isn't good info, but don't trust anyone who uses "100% guaranteed!!!".

I know Gary and he is a great guy who knows how to move the sports talk radio needle to his station.

Don't and I will say it again Don't read anything into his predictions. Nobody in Chattanooga knows about Adoree.

Don't take Haskew seriously.

I thought his parents lived in east St Louis not Chicago? Also, I knew his aunt lived in California, does he have a sister there also or does Farrell just not know wtf he's talking about?

Florida offers best opportunity for track and I've read he wants that opportunity

I agree. I am thinking UF unfortunately. They offer a great opportunity as far as track goes but also the worst head football coach of those 4 is also at Florida. So who knows.

if this dude has his own radio show, i need one. i can make stuff up and more of my predictions would be right. dude has 203 twitter followers, that alone should tell you that no one takes him serious when he reports things

Just referring to the Sab mention and the reporter being obsessed with Adoree reminds me of something a friend of mine told me which I think beats it all.

I don't know this guy well, but he was in Knoxville last year for the Vandy game and a few of my friends are friends with him so all of were talking. He's a big Oklahoma fan and he couldn't remember which recruit it was but a poster on one of their sites lived in the same city as him, tracked down where he lived by following him home from HS, and then late at night a few nights before NSD peeked in his bed room window and saw a Oklahoma carrying bag half full with clothes and took a picture.

I thought this was absolutely insane if true

Yeah but he wants stability. He wants to go somewhere where he can trust his coaches. I think he feels more of that with Butch than Muschamp. He's very hard to read and every school has positives and negatives. Will be interesting come NSD

A friend called me this morning who lives in Chattanooga and listened to a local sports talk host, Gary Haskew said Jackson has informed coaches that TN hasn't made his final cut and is leaning to USC. I have never heard of this sports host. Can anyone validate if this guy is reliable on his predictions?

As far as having actual inside knowledge, no. The guy is not credible in any way shape or form.

He is just doing the job that he is decent at, which is being a radio personality. I would feel comfortable betting my next paycheck that he knows nothing, whether good or bad.

Edit: I should have clarified - I live in Chattanooga and listen to their show generally every day. I've met the guy before. He's just stirring the pot.

If this is high up on his wishlist then we look to be in great shape with the only competition being LSU.

You always bring good info. I would listen to your show.

I agree, he doesn't know anything. He really stirred the pot about Gruden.

At least the guy didn't have any fake "sources."

Doc has been on the air longer than you've been alive. He is one of three guys that do an afternoon call-in sports show (all sports, from golf to Nascar and everything in between). I'm sure he's made friends and contacts over the years, but he's a radio jock, not a sports journalist.
