I personally feel like Bruce is the Jon Gruden of our basketball program. As much as I want to convince myself I know I will probably be disappointed. But we all have a little Lloyd Christmas in us.

Stevens tweet was about not talking about Bruce returning because of the distraction right? Or is there something I missed. Btw-what is happening to the players now is exactly what the last season for Bruce was like. Speculation sucks and it's distracting.

Except Jon Gruden was never head coach at UT. Listen, I liked Bruce. I wish he hadn't have screwed up and was still our coach (unbeknownst to the dullard on here that calls people Martinites), but I also deal in reality. If I felt like there was an iota of a chance, I'd say so. I don't think there's a chance in Hades.

Are u that big of a dullard to not realize this is a thread specifically about Bruce Pearl and if u dont want to discuss it then stay the h&ll out. Are u really that big of a Mo-Ron that u think us talking about our coaches and players has any effect at all. If our coaches cant handle the pressure of winning and fans, then they dont have balls big enough to play division 1 basketball.

The fact that my opinion is spot on with what anyone that knows anything about the situation has said is telling to mental midgets like you. And you were talking trash? Heh. I don't know how old you are, but if a grown man is on here crying for almost 3 years now about a coach that isn't coming back then I think that is slightly pathetic. No, I'm not. This thread is over a year old. Look at how many times and at what time intervals I've posted and look at the others. Just a tad different.

And I don't post strictly on Bruce not coming back. I've posted articles and on other things.

What opinion is that? That Bruce is not coming back....I couldn't care less who our coach is as long as we win......I don't think Zo will get it done.....he has not recruited well enough to be the type of program.

I don't know what type of effort that it takes to talk about Bruce...?its just a bunch of bored guys talking basketball....yes we miss Bruce bc it was a blast.....I was even going to spend a thousand dollars on one ticket to go to the final four....I miss those days with a passion.

It seems pretty pathetic what his punishment was for his crime when u see what other coaches in the NCAA gets away with. If you don't want to reminisce about the good times, no one is holding a gun to your head, skip the thread and go that riveting discussion about the pace of our basketball team.

Cry.....did u miss the part where I couldn't care less who our coach is? U do know that this is America and u have the choice to avoid this thread....that way u won't get all fragile when others discuss topics that u don't want to discuss or hear about.
