I bet chicken wrapped backon would be great on the grill. Did the bacon crisp up ok?

Not in the oven. The top did, but not the bottom. If I had to do it over, the last 20 mins I would have turned down the heat and put the chicken on a rack.

I'm about to throw some chicken on the grill now if the rain will hold off. Too bad I don't have some bacon thawed out.
