You're acting pretty freaked out in my opinion. You do realize how childish it is to start calling people names because they have a different opinion than you do right? This subject isn't a culture altering dilemma.

You're free to read the second post in this thread.

If the company said they could deliver then the customer is not at fault. Has nothing to do with when the order was placed

but mistakes happen. It is stupid to take that risk. As if company's aren't wrong sometimes. As if blizzards and horrible thunderstorms don't cause delays that create a promise to be broken. As if it's a good idea to order something on Dec 21 and expect perfection.

And it gives them the right to whine like a 4 year old that didn't get the Christmas present they wanted, right? Not directed necessarily at you av123.

Then they should notify the customer if service will be affected. Either when the order is placed and money is exchanged or once they realize there are issues. When the order is placed means little

It is 6 days later. The package has never tracked. Explain the weather issue here. Oh thats right, you still have yet to understand this conversation.

Yeah, because when unpredictability happens, they can predict it. Genius.

No, I understand fully. Millions if not billions of packages are shipped through Amazon and yours accidentally slipped through the cracks because they've been overbooked. You're still over reacting.

Seriously man calm down. It's the busiest ordering time of the year and things went wrong. Is it bad on Amazon/the shipper/the vendor? Yeah, but again, it's the busiest time of the year and you happened to be a casualty. No company is perfect and mistakes happen. Always have a backup plan. Like time to order in advance. There is no reason to freak out like this.

I really don't even consider him a casualty. Eventually, he will get his merchandise. It just won't be when he wanted it.

I bought two suits less than two weeks before I was going on a trip 5 or so years ago. The tailor told me my suits and shirts may be ready in time, but it was gonna be a push. Needless to say, I left for my trip with no suit or shirts and ended up having to wear some stuff I already had in my closet. But it was my fault because I had known about this event for 4 months, yet I waited until 2 weeks before to get tailored up. My fault.

Still lost. You and the order. You're like the human version of this order.

I know, common sense has little place in a world where everybody expects everyone else to be perfect and are outraged when everything doesn't go exactly as planned. I would hate to be a waiter at a restaurant with customers like you. Do you pitch a fit if the food is a little late or if everything isn't cooked exactly like you want it?

and there you have it. This is the point I have been trying to push since the beginning. Dont wait until the last minute, then blame someone else when **** doesnt go your way. Simple.

uh, no. I'm dead on. You just can't accept that life on earth isn't perfect. it's ok though man, again we are here for you.

You're not here for me. I'd never want a loser like you associated with me.

Your posting in here says plenty about how you would execute a business or anything.
