If education is your thing, you should look at taking a couple of business courses and learn what the main component is that is involved in running an institution for higher learning. Money. Not to mention the tie in with the local businesses in the area that generate more foot traffic, more revenue themselves, which allow more jobs. See, it's not just one issue. And people in high places creating dramatic environments generally don't do so to prove some obscure point. They generally do it to cover their own insecurities and put themselves over.
