Out of pure curiosity, what position will Evan Berry play coming in? I know Elliott will either be a S or OLB.

However, I've seen Evan listed at CB on 247, S on here and other places, and even some mention of him on offense at WR.

So, where will he play in your opinion? If he can play CB, he needs to be a CB IMO.

I think he' ll probably get a shot at WR first but I hope/think he will ultimately end up at CB. He has great speed and hips and when you pair that with good instincts and ball skills (not sure how good he is in those categories but I'm sure someone on here does) it can make for an excellent CB. I think he, Payne, and Gaulden all have the potential to be very good CBs. I'm really excited about this class of DBs, they could end up being special.

I think Slot: pig, Johnson, Wharton/Berry with them splitting a lot of time.

Imo Devrin doesn't see the field much next year. He's a guy without a position in college if you ask me, too small for RB and not necessarily a true reciever.

I don't think Johnson sees the field much either. I like Young a lot more than Johnson, he actually has some potential to make something happen after the catch.

I think Evan is one of the best corner prospects in this class. I would be surprised if he is not starting opposite of Sutton his sophomore year.

Evan - CB/S
Elliot - RB if we don't pick up another in this class. Possible OLB.

I would be very surprised if Evan ever plays anything but defense.

I've never seen anything from Devrin to think he'll bust a big play for a TD either. He's more quick than fast. I just think J Johnson brings a level of consistency this offense needs, plus he's more of a true reciever than Devrin. There's not doubt that the playmakers are gonna be either Pig or the freshmen though.

Yea that's my bad for forgetting Jenkins, I agree with many that EvB best position would be DB, but he seems to prefer offense and he has the ability to do so at a high level.

Elliot looks like a damn good OLB. He's everywhere sideline to sideline. Once he gets a lil bigger he will be a huge asset to the LB Corp
