sure...we got klose, reuss...real good one, gomez, kießling...he is not nominated....but the top striker in germany.
and guys like götze, özil, schweinsteiger....all able to score...i´m not worried about strikers. defensively we run around like:

the worst thing is, that we miss sami until the wc....khedira played in stuttgart before he started playing madrid....a friend of mine knows him and he thinks that he is back to the wc.
Marco Reus is nasty! As is özil.

Alright last one before I ruffle too many pairs of Umbros...but this one is too good to not share. Hits himself in the face with the other guys hand!

Muahahahahahhaha

LOL!!!!! Those are hilarious Ron. I have transitioned from a D1 football player to a Rugby player and now play soccer as my competitive outlet. It's hard to appreciate and understand the fitness and skill required to play this game by watching it. It doesn't help when part of the strategy is to embellish any contact. That's a serious affront to American Footballers. Those gifs about sum it up haha. :lolabove:

Yeah, it's mostly Latin American and Spanish/Italians. You won't find a lo of that crap in Germany.

I heard a rumor that Eric will pay the twins tuition and they will walk on freeing up two additional scholarships.

Soccer might be an interesting sport if there were some actual scoring in the matches. I can't watch for more than ten minutes without falling asleep. :snoring:

I apologize for bringing up the red heeler discussion and the ensuing dog farts. I don't remember if it was me or glitchenwalter who mentioned canine flatulence first but my money's on glitch. This soccer discussion is my own personal little hell and all I can say is sometimes n life, you get what you deserve

If you don't find the World Cup exciting as hell, then you aren't a true sports fan. There really isn't anything else in the world that brings competitiveness to a game from all 4 corners of the globe like the World Cup. It's what the Olympics pray to be.

Soccer, like baseball, sucks. It is a low scoring, boring affair. You watch an hour and a half of dudes trotting up and down the field and end up with one mistake where a guy plays kickball to win 1-0. Sorry but America agrees. Rugby is a much better sport IMO. Add some vicious hits to soccer, widen the goals, and I might watch.
