For the record Fruit Loops are the most disgusting cereal with it's super artificial flavor.

I just scramble up my 2 eggs get my Genghis Grill or Chinese to go in the fridge put some in with the eggs with lots of cheese whip it up put lots of pepper on it put it all in the omelet maker and Vaa Laa bout 15 min I got a crispy omlet..

I eat lots of Chinese and Genghis its low carb good for you..
