Let's suppose that Ohio State had pulled out a slim victory….would Auburn have been able to jump overt Ohio State in the polls?

I say yes.

Joyner will be blasting the Marshall runs. But the LBs are nasty too.

Benjamin is going to be a problem on offense.

Mason will get some yards tho... People crediting malzahns scheme discredit how hard that young man runs.. Reminds me of marshawn lynch a little

How about Josey in the sec title game.. That sob is a good back ain't he?

63-0 vs #25 Maryland
51-14 vs #3 Clemson
41-14 vs #7 Miami
45-5 vs #20 Duke

37-7 vs UF
59-3 vs Wake
59-3 vs Syracuse

thats enough for me. they highly outscore everyone.

63-0 vs #25 Maryland (did Maryland even have a winning season?)
51-14 vs #3 Clemson (Great win)
41-14 vs #7 Miami (Good win)
45-5 vs #20 Duke (Good win)

37-7 vs UF ( win against a bad depleted team)
59-3 vs Wake (who?)
59-3 vs Syracuse (who?)

P.S. "who" means FSU played extremely weak teams.

Edit: Maryland did finish with a 7-5 record, but was 3-5 in the ACC, which isn't good.

I'm going to say no, simply because I think the rest of the nation is tired of the SEC going to the BCSNCG.

Who wins 97 Heisman trophy? Michigan DB or Tennessee QB?

Keep in mind the media/coaches wanted a Michigan/tOSU rematch for BCS Championship in 2006

Based on history...I vote no to Auburn jumping tOSU if Buckeyes had won.

And FSU woulda rolled em

Florida State will have a month to practice grabbing their ankles. Their defense is about to get spanked and trucked.

i get what "who" means. i was saying when you dominate teams like that, it makes up for their schedule a little.

They beat a 7-5 team (Maryland) by 63 points
They beat a 10-2 team (Clemson) by 37 points
They beat a 9-3 team (Miami) by 27 points
They beat a 10-3 team (Duke) by 38 points
They beat a 6-6 team (Syracuse) by 56 points

Pitt also 6-6
Boston College 7-5

So what do yuns think FSU's record would be in the SEC this year? I still think the red team is the best in the nation, but luckily we don't have to worry about them winning another one. haha!

Love this shot of some Ohio State fans after the game.

Despite the relentless efforts of fox announcers, yes, I think osu needed a rout to stay ahead of auburn.

So did the odd scenario where UT makes it to a bowl happen? Bama and mizzou in a bcs game I think was part of that equation, not sure that will happen.

Gus Johnson was Ohio State's lead cheerleader tonight. He was giving the reach around tonight!

The SEC has firmly planted itself as the elite conference, whereas back then it wasn't that way.
