Yep. So many recruits have said "I want to play in the sec because they win the nc every year." then they sign with arky, Kentucky, etc...we get recruits away from Clemson and VA tech and the like because recruits want to play in the best conference, which is defined by the conference winning titles.

My sons girlfriend who doesn't follow CFB just asked why the silver team (OSU) has pot leaves on the side of their helmets.

Exactly. It's no different than when Oklahoma and Nebraska were dominating with the wishbone. Guys are just spread out more now and the QB isnt taking the snap under center.

Not surprised AU manhandled Mizzou. Hope Mizzou returns to obscurity. They need to be a win for us most years, with the disparity in recruiting between us and them.

I understand that helps when recruiting against non-SEC, but how exactly does that help us recruit against Bama, Auburn etc. when they are having major success and we're sitting at home this bowl season?

There's no way both fsu and osu lose tonight and we get an iron bowl rematch, right? I don't even wanna think about that. That would prob keep saban at bama too if he was thinking about going to tex.

You know, I've been told by many non-SEC team fans that our Vols chants and Rocky Top ia annoying because we play it all the time. FSU plays their chant after almost every play.
