What should our line look like next year?
IMO
Blair/Marcus Jackson/Crowder/??Weisman??/??Kerbyson or Kendrick??

Probably what you said, with Wiesman and Kerbyson on the right side.

We're losing some talent, but I like the 5 we'll have. It won't be as big of a drop off as some think, IMO.

Congrats to Tiny. Wish him the best. I kinda figured he was gone when he voted with all the Sr's about wearing the Smokey grey uni's vs vu. AJJ needs to come back, imo, and I think he will. We should have a pretty dang good group of LB's if AJJ stays. Him and Maggitt as the veteran leaders then add JRM and all the new guys. Yeah, I like how that sounds.

Will LB be our best position on the team as far as experience, depth, and talent, kinda like the Oline this season, or will it be the secondary or maybe the WR's?

Tough call for me. I definitely like what we'll have at all three of those positions. I'd say the secondary would be first bc of all four starters returning even though 27 is a liability(I hope he turns it around his SR year like Palardy & others). Add in Riyahd, Williams, Orta, Swafford, Foreman, L Johnson, and then all the new guys. That's looking solid right there. I'd say LB's would be second followed by the WR's. JMO

My old lady's sister and boyfriend are here, staying the weekend for OSU vs MSU game. Buckeyes fans.... Man I hope they lose. :machgun:

Saw a stat where mizz only has 3 player's in their two deep that are espn 300 recruits. Either they're coaching them up very well or really good at evaluating lower ranked players. I figured their current success would help them in recruiting but their class is ranked dead last in the sec. They're class is ranked 33rd overall which isn't terrible but I thought it'd be a little better than that. Crazy all 14 sec teams are ranked in the top 33. I'm curious if the worst class in the sec has ever been higher than 33 before.

Just a Random thought but do y'all think some of these teams that run the spread will take a long look at auburn's offense this off season and start to use some or maybe a lot of the plays they run? Or would that be something that you'd have to commit fully to bc of all the different formations and different things you can do from those different looks?

Did anyone see the short Tecmo Bowl video someone made of the ending to the iron bowl they showed on cfb daily or one of those shows today? Funny stuff. That was the best dang game ever made! My thumbs used to get sore from playing it so much lol.

IMO, it would have to be something you go all out with. The offense in terms of plays is extremely basic. Just a few base run plays and some base pass plays. What makes it special is the tempo at which they run it and all the different variations of each play. So many different formations, motions, shifts, and tags.

People need to realize two things about Auburn.

1) They are as physical running the ball as anyone in the country

2) They have maybe the best offensive mind in the college game pulling the strings.

People think it's a gimmick offense but they're runners aren't being touched early on a lot of plays.

And the guys running it.

Poster on VQ just said that Tom Smith has been let go.

TIFWIW

Tip of the iceberg. imo.
Hate that things like this happen, but it means brighter days are ahead for the program.
