So he's suppose to have his decision made by tonight and is only allowing one more in-home. Sounds like the decision might be made and the in-home is to tell the coach who's visiting he's going to commit to him.

Who is visiting him today/tonight? Aren't both the Clemson and Tennessee staffs supposed to visit him today?

If you were to tell me that Butch would have the second best recruiting class in the country at the end of 2013 last year I would have made this face

According to VQ UT is getting last visit tonight and Clemson during the day. According to Clemson Rivals they are getting last visit and UT during the day. haha

Guess we'll find out soon.

Good grief! I have to see it to believe it when it comes to Tennessee landing him. You would think being the one constant through his whole recruitment will pay off in the end but I still cant understand how in the world Clemson of all schools can become such a factor in such a short amount of time.

He's looking good with the Mr. Football hardware. Will try and post a picture of it, if I can figure out how to use my iphone for that.

I'm not buying the whole "he's deciding at X time." He's had his mind made up for a while now and is just doing the in home visits like a professional would. Like I said before, why do you set an arbitrary deadline for yourself without having a darn good idea of what you're going to do?

Yeah I can shake the feeling that we're gonna get Vonn Bell'd in the end. Don't know why, I just hope it's not true.

I dont see a lot of similarities there. Bell had a family member acting as a handler who was pushing him anywhere but Tennessee. Bell intentionally misled everyone into thinking he was going to Tennessee including the coaches. Even if Malone ends up elsewhere he's handled his recruitment with far more class.

I think you out of everyone knows Clemson has their "ways" of recruiting haha. They do have a lot to offer though, as do we.

From a poster on VQ...TIFWIW...

I never post stuff like this and I am not claiming anything is done at all but wanted to pass along what I heard. Some on this board can verify I am no troll at all and know who my source is. I have a family member who is on the staff at Clemson and we are very close. I was talking to him today and from what he says, the Clemson staff doesn't think they are getting Malone. He said that Malone hasn't told either staff anything yet to his knowledge, and that obviously things can change but he is not optimistic about Clemson's chances. Obviously this is nothing earth shattering and many people are already claiming Malone to TN but I just wanted to pass this along. Hope he is right and Malone is a Vol.

Side note: He also says wherever Malone is, he will be starting as a Freshman, he is THAT GOOD. Thought that was pretty interesting and informative coming from a coach.

Couple of notes from the awards ceremony today...

Tennessee had Tommy Thigpen, Steve Stripling, Zach Azzanni, Willie Martinez and Mark Elder were all in attendance at today's ceremony and certainly all the finalists were aware Tennessee was there.

For Clemson, Jeff Scott and Robbie Caldwell were in attendance.

Josh Malone said he will make his final decision late tonight and into tomorrow morning and John talked with Josh who just mentioned two teams pretty much saying it was down to Clemson and Tennessee.

Both schools will be in with Josh this afternoon/evening as Malone prepares to make his decision and right now it looks like Clemson will be the last team in with Josh.l but that is subject to change.

Couldn't have said it any better!

Since losing games = winning new commits (Dewayne, Evan, Elliott, Dimarya, Owen, Jakob)

And winning games = losing commits (Dominique)

Would losing commits then cause winning new commitments? (ie Josh) :)
