No offense Kathleen .... but please, please never ever call into a radio show as a representative Vol fan literally weeping about losing a game. It's incredibly embarrassing. If you wanna sing praise, gnash teeth, criticize/moan/groan please have at it. Just don't openly cry in public for others to hear and laugh at. Love your passion for the Vols and its difficult not to be upset .... but it's hard enough being a Vol fan right now as it is without this...

If everyone heard her explain they may not be calling her out or laughing at her. The 3HL guys quit poking fun of her right after she spoke. It sounds like she is having an overall bad last few weeks and losing to Vandy pushed her over the edge.

She seems more concerned about her pride and not being able to brag about Tennessee than she is concerned with the team, the players and the coaches - let alone the University and a program as a whole. Not so much different from many posters here except maybe sans the tears.

Some peoples lives are do bad that they have to cling to something that takes their minds off of the troubles

Sports does that for some. Drugs and alcohol for others

Oh Lord, I don't even wanna listen to it - damn shame we would give Vandy fans the satisfaction that a loss to them would send some of us to tears

Edit: lol, I had to listen.... at least it was a female fan and not a man like Georgia after the Clemson loss.

I came here to make all kinds of jokes about this....But when she started talking about her mom and father in law dying it hit me right in the feels

....I have someone really close to me battling terminal cancer who's a big fan, I REALLY wanted this team to go bowling just to be able to have an extra game to watch with said person.

Now I'm not in a mood to make fun of poor ol' Kathleen....damnit.

She lost me when she started talking about Bryce Petty and hyphenated names.
