I think some tend to look past the fact that our schedule has been an absolute buzz saw the last 8 weeks. It has to give these players confidence knowing we're not completely outmatched heading into these last two.

Also, I'd bet if you asked the players before the season started what's the one game they wanted to win the most a lot of them would have said this next one. We'll be ready for some serious payback and take care of business. I'd bet the coaches want it just as bad. If you had one guess as to which coach was using our APR against us negatively in recruiting, who'd it be? Ding, Ding, Ding. Franklin.

I know it helped us against SC, but that targeting rule really irks my behind.

If the offensive player lowers his head, targeting should not be possible. It's ridiculous that an offensive player can do that but a defensive player is ejected. I can't stand this rule.

Wasn't K. Henderson at UK committed to us a couple years back before we released him?

I hear ya. I didn't think the SC player against us should have been ejected either. Hell, I hardly thought what he did was a penalty.

I will give you that. But I'm genuinely concerned about how our team is holding up after that buzz saw. If we played UK and Vandy after the USCe game, I'd be almost certain we'd win. After watching many of these same players quit after disappointing/ hard stretches the last two years, I'm not so sure.

How is he defenseless if he takes two steps and lowers his shoulders?

we should just go to a soccer style card system... with a yellow card lasting like 3 weeks. No penalty yards for a target, but a card. A bad target and boom red card you miss the next game too?

I dont see what yall see in Vandy. Theyve only put up around 200 yards offense... against UK. These teams dont look good.

SN: Matthews is still limping around

+1. I'm just as confused as you are about what others see in Vandy. What vandy showed me today is that they were extremely lucky that uga and uf were injured.

Ky's QB is awful. How many passes has he hit the D-line in the chest with? I'll give credit that he can do some things with his legs, but in a passing situation he's terrible.

Yea, he's been so effective this year with his legs that they are 2-7, with their best win so far being Alabama state.

You see, I said "more worried" which compares 2 things i. e. Vandy and UK. Not saying I'm scared we are going to lose to UK.

Boy, these refs are spot on: that Vandy hit on the QB was clearly different than the UK hit on Matthews. What a bunch of crock! That rule is so stupid that the refs don't even know how the hell to evaluate it.

The Vandy call was more malicious and dangerous than the UK one. That is a call I disagree with completely. 55 of Vandy used his helmet as a weapon. Bad reversal.
