That tells me two things: our staff knows what they're doing, and If he hasn't signed his aid papers with another school yet, he's all Vol. Only adding intrigue.

There is definitely something to him only being signed with UT now. If someone else was leading, he would have signed with them by now. A lot to like about UT right here. Feel very confident he is a Vol

Buck has said lately that he's surprised how well he's dominated his senior season. Says he's the best WR in the country.

Hope you are right, but what if he had the chance to catch passes from Jameis Winston or Josh Dobbs. He said he came to the Auburn game to scout Dobbs. That choice could put us at a disadvantage unless Winston goes to jail.

He would only catch passes from Winston his freshman year since he's draft eligible after next year. Also, not sure but I'm guessing their WR depth chart is, ahem, deeper than ours, no? He's starts day one here, with a QB with a lot of potential he can grow and build chemistry with.

I honestly believe he is better than Cannon and Dupree. Dupree is a big WR 6'4", clocked around 4.6, needs a little more muscle on him, he is only 175 lbs and that is pretty thin with that height.
Malone is faster than him, one inch shorter and is stronger at this point.
Cannon has been clocked under 4.4, like a 4.37 or around there, he is the shorter of the three at 5'11". He is going to be really good too, they all are, but Malone is the top dog in my book. Will be even if we don't land him.

Exactly. I don't think he ever had plans to sign papers anywhere else. That was just a story to make it seem like he wasn't a Vol lock after FSU leaked the news.

Exactly! FSU leaked the info, because they were told by him to go ahead and recruit other WRs for his position, and that he would not be faxing the signed financial papers back to them. Gotta believe he is a Vol until something comes out that changes those vibes.

These kids really love making their decisions a surprise, huh? Many times it just isn't. If they really wanted it to be a surprise they should announce as soon as they decide for sure, IMO.

Is he an EE?

I wonder if some schools aren't interested in the idea of him signing - doesn't it essentially make them save him a spot until he signs his LOI?
