I had to suffer through some modern pop station at work all last night. While being tortured, I came to the realization that they only played maybe 10 songs over and over in the same order and they were all very similar in use of auto-tune and excessive humming. Every song had a club beat and the same general vocal sounds. I just hope the classic rock station doesn't stop working ever again.

I was listening to Howard Stern yesterday and he was talking about automobile manufacturers looking to do away with terrestrial radios in cars in the next couple of years. If this happens, it will be the death of terrestrial radio imo.

I have not listened to as much pop music over the past 20 years or so as I have in the past year letting my 12 yr old daughter control the radio when we are riding together. Ugh.
