Evans probably the more pure athlete[.] Evan, I guess from early on, has been considered (to have) the most upside of the two. Its hard to compare between brothers, but Evans a little bit faster. Hes got a little bit more shake, a little bit more wiggle to him. Hes got some wiggle to him. ...
Evans got a really good change of direction on him. Its just kind of where hes going to be. Creeksides asked him to do so much, he hasnt gotten to settle in.
Talked to a Georgia HS head coach who coached against Eric, and he said Evan is on the same level as Eric. He also said that Elliott isn't far off.
I wasn't too familiar with Eric's recruitment, but Eric might have blown camps up while Evan and Elliot focused on track? Also Eric might have had more of a "position" on his team. Purely speculation by me. Before my recruiting forum days...What made Eric an elite prospect then and Evan and Elliot talented albeit fairly middle of the road prospects? The situation at their high school? The fact that they won't go separate places? What's up?
Did he go to camps?
Berry hasn't performed at a NIKE Camp since the summer of 2004 in between his freshman on sophomore year. He has been sitting on a 4.6 forty time since then on his profile and he wanted to change that on Saturday.
Unfortunately, Berry broke a bone in his hand a little over a week ago and was not able to compete, but he did decide to run the forty yard dash.
In a cast and all, Berry turned in the fastest forty time of the camp. He ran a sub 4.35 forty and showed he is one of the quickest prospects out there this year.
Berry is an athlete that could play a number of skill positions on the next level, but many think he could be the best corner in the state of Georgia since Champ Bailey.
