'14 TN WR Josh Malone (UT commit 12/4/13)

"Georgia has the No. 5 class nationally; Florida checks in at No. 12 and leads the country with three five-stars committed.

With 17 commitments, the Bulldogs probably will only take four or five more. The top remaining targets are five-star defensive end Lorenzo Carter, outside linebacker Rashaan Evans and receiver Josh Malone. Of those three, Georgia feels the best about landing Malone, a standout from Tennessee."

I guess UGA won't finish strong if they're thinking Malone is their best shot out of the 3.

Always thought Malone was a UGA lean. Hopefully he doesn't make the worst decision in his life and pick that POS school.

Richt is in the same position Fulmer was in his late years... Georgia fans are gonna want the guy out soon. Chronically underachieves. If he goes to Georgia, he will have a different new by the time he leaves. Richt enters next season with a pretty hot seat, and a new quarterback to break in to try and cool it off.

I don't know how any UGA fan couldn't take a look at their program and ask why they haven't won a National Championship. The state of Georgia has talent coming out of its ears---on par with Florida, Texas, and California. Whomever takes that job next will have a shorter leash than Richt.

Lol well UGA is screwed.

Carter-UF
Evans-AU
Malone-UT

They'll be doing good to land Sharpe.

UGA the last 3 years has recruited 27 4 star players, not counting athletes that may be playing on defense as well, to UT's 11, counting athletes, per 247 composite and normal scores. UGA is giving up 390.1 YPG and 33.3 PPG to UT's 420.3 YPG and 29.3 PPG. UT has 12 INTs, 12 sacks, and 25 pass deflections to UGA's 19 sacks, 3 INTs, and 27 pass deflections. How in the world can you be that bad on defense if you are UGA with twice the talent UT has. This should also speak volumes to Jancek and this staff's ability to coach.

Just wait.. We keep pulling in recruiting classes like this and we will pull away from ga/sc/mz in the east.

...and they didn't have to play Oregon and the red team.

What site are you looking at? Florida #12? Try 19th on Rivals. Georgia can dream about Malone. :whistling:

Ohio state can win all the want against their virgin mediocre opponents but if they ever even sniff within 100 yards of the SEC boundaries they get curb stomped ! Hard. Really hard! 😁
