I just finished reading the article about how coach Jones is having the guys yell "red team" at practice when talking about Alabama. As a former pro athlete, I think this is brilliant. He is taking the mystique of their ranking, past accomplishments, etc and stripping that from our guys mentality of what they will face on Saturday.

Spot-on. Love it.

Back in the '90's Fulmer and the players could have benefited from this approach / philosophy vs. FL.
