I was gonna listen until they said Butch wouldn't be on tonight. Anything good yet?

Butch's message was prerecorded, but it was good. Mostly predictable, but did mention Pig was doing fine and thanked the fans for supporting him so well. Also, he said this bye week was a good opportunity for the guys down on the depth chart to take someone's spot and expects them to keep pushing.

CTF explained why and how he got into his position. His mother advised him to give it one more shot before she passed last year. His job involves scouting the team to make sure we're not showing certain tendencies to the opposition, helping teach the db's some, and just learning everything he can.

Anthony Parker is on now.

Nice, thanks for the recap

Announcers drooling but almost every shortstop in the league gets Morneau on that play

Beltran power is from the left hand side which is why you see more home runs to right field in his postseason career.

Couldn't be because there are more rhps could it?

I remember what it was like back before the kids were born, when Mrs Verc would occasionally go away for the weekend and leave me by myself. Got to where my friends were afraid to answer the phone when I called because it was a guaranteed all-day hangover the next day.

It will be interesting to see how they plan out BMS for football. I definitely think the game will be in November. They aren't going to be moving the night race off of the last Saturday in August any time soon, and I don't think either team would want to put this game right in the middle of their conference schedules, so November makes the most sense.

Huddy pitches in Atlanta next season or he doesn't pitch at all, IMO.
