If Bubs accepts your FR, does that mean he'll share his lottery winnings with you?

I thought about sending Bubba a friend request, but I don't think he likes me, so I thought it might be kind of ackward. Which is a shame, because I like Bubba most of the time.

They keep giving themselves raises and cutting teachers pay(furlough days) and taking away from the kids. Been going on all across the nation. The members of the board of education shouldn't be the deciding vote on weather they get a raise or not.
