SIAP just got home from the game, interesting (but worthless) stat from the game. If all the scores by both teams after or as a result of turnovers were not counted then Tennessee would have won by 14-13. I think I'm correct on this, was talking with my grandson near the end of the game and came up with this. Our defense made some good plays to make the turnovers happen so I'm going to count them :).

I'm usually very patient with the decisions at qb, but Worley looks bad. I'm not hopeful about this next stretch being anything but painful to watch. I feel like we're going to spend the next several weeks feeling like WKU did today.

So if UGA beats SCAR, then Mizzou and UT are the only undefeated SEC East teams going into next week... assuming that Mizzou actually beats Toledo

Nothing against Neal or Lane.... but the things I would give for a running back like Gurley or Marshall are probably illegal in most states.

My thoughts from the game. Worley has got to get better at settling down, and stop throwing off his back foot when he is distressed. Great game by the secondary. Wow, where were they last year? Although Peterman didn't throw a pass, I don't feel comfortable with him as the second QB, JMO. North has to be more physical. J. Johnson had some great catches as did J. Smith.

Oregon is going to bring the heat next week. Let's hope we keep it competitive.

I was really pleased with these stats:
0 Major Injuries.
+6 turnover ratio.
2 Penalties.

If last year's team could have just managed to perform nearly that well in those 3 areas we would have won 4 more games, IMO.

I think I'm holding steady at 6 wins. The rest of our schedule looks a little less spectacular than I expected, but we look about like what I expected.

We won the 2nd half 21-3. Worley didn't look great but looked better in 2nd half. Only 2 penalties for the game.

I like the halftime coaching. I feel we are starting to see the start of rise back up.
