Agreed, but I believe the ends have been sitting and so giving it to the back is the right read. You only keep if the end crashes down.
I do not think Worley is our guy. I also do not think Peterman is either. He holds the ball too long. Freshman??? Don't know how they would play in a game yet.
Vanilla still. Worley has a arm. Hit North & Croom right in the hands on deep balls. These young Wr are still running shorter routes and not making the right cuts.

WKU is also keeping a guy on qb. As long as they do that, they have one less guy to stop the RB. Which is the entire reason for running this offense. To force the defense into committing a player to the qb.
I'm sold! I have bought in 100%. Adjustments made at half time as needed and when things were not going our way the players never quit. This coaching staff never stops coaching and I think it is going to pay off big in the next few years. GBO
Really good coaching adjustment at the half, still not sure about Worley he looked better in second half but want to see what he does against a good Defense.
It is a READ option . The operative word is READ. The give goes to the running back is the READ dictates that....if the D is playing balanced the READ is deferred to the running back. WKU played balanced all day ...therefore it always goes to the back.
We roll with Worley and see what he can do. He looks much better than NP so far and there is no need to play a true freshman. The play action out of the formation works and he gives us the best chance to win. We will improve the roster through recruiting. In the words of the former Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld "you go to war with the army you have".
