Not from what I'm seeing. Attendance is terrible even with Cup guys in it.

That's fine. Doesn't change the fact that it compromises the integrity of the product on the track and ruins what would otherwise be an entertaining series to watch.

the attendance would be really drab if not for the Cup guys. I am not saying that I like it, but i damned sure aint gonna ***** about it EVERY week. You know they are running, my suggestion, dont watch if you dont like it. Thats all I am saying.

In case you haven't noticed, nobody gives a ****. There might have been 10k people at the race tonight, so clearly the Cup guys aren't putting that many people in the seats, and surely not enough to completely compromise the integrity of a series that is designed as a minor league for upcoming drivers, not an extended test session for the Cup race.

Of course not. A Nationwide driver actually winning a Nationwide race might lead to empty seats next year, and after that packed house tonight, they can't have that.

After looking at tonight's attendance. I don't really think the Winston Cup guys add much to the Busch show. That place was dead.

NASCAR stopped announcing attendance numbers a year or so ago.

I suppose you have a point there.

I don't mind BO complaining though. I just don't see where the excitement is added by having the Winston Cup guys. If Jeff went down to the Busch series and won, I would be happy, but I would say "do that on Sunday".

The reason I'm really pissed off is because Scott and his team were damn near flawless and deserved that win. You had a guy, who has never won in Nationwide before, leading every single lap until that final restart where a Cup guy jumped it and NASCAR didn't do a thing. Not to mention manufacturing a fake caution earlier.

If I was Scott I would be doing burn outs and driving my car to victory lane.

I know you have to be happy, with Kyle well seated for the chase.

Gonna be a real fight between Jeff and Kurt. Mr. Hendrick has 3 cars he can use to leverage Jeff into the chase. Kurt only has himself and his brother. I doubt any of the SHR folks will try to meddle to help Kurt.

Should be some real wheel to wheel stuff.
