I actually had the bacon part for breakfast last Saturday. I was going to cook a pound of bacon and have some for breakfast and some for a few BLT's. I ate the entire pound for breakfast. Yum.

You may have high blood pressure as an hereditary factor. You don't have to be fat or out of shape to have high blood pressure. If it is really bad, might be time to get some meds from the doc to help you out. Mine is usually about 100-105 over 70.

That's good, Sly! Thanks for making me feel bad! Hypertension does run in my family! Hate to take prescription pills that they don't know the long term affects of this young. But guess is its better!

If you do have really high pressure, go to a doc for some help. I started taking meds for it about 10 years ago and each new doc has a different prescription. I finally found a doctor in Utah who cared more about helping people than lining his pockets with kickbacks from the drug industry. He changed my meds to Losartan-HCT @ 100-11.5 mg. It's a generic that has worked best for me and cost about $5 a month.
