I did the same gig in Knox Co about 5 years ago for 2 years...he's right. Diversion and community service are the usual sentence. I never saw anyone lose their license, but it all depends on the particular prosecutor's office you're dealing with.

What's your guesses on who is named staring QB and what day does CBJ make it public???

On this Wednesday since APSU prep begins on Thursday.

This certainly seems to be accurate. With that being said naming JW the starter sooner than later would seem to be the play if that is plan.

The only quarterback that I'm not really excited about is Worley. I know he's better, but it feels like starting Matt Simms all over again. Call me crazy but I'm ready for the young guns.

I think Worley will be named starter this week but 3 QB's will play the first two games and if Worley doesn't play well this fall, Butch won't hesitate to pull him. JMO

Worley will be named starter, be surprised if he isn't.

How long he holds the starting job? We will have to wait and see. I think it'll be sometime after the UF game unless he looks terrible against APSU and WKU.

New Rivals 5*s at noon may include Josh Malone according to their front page. That would be great if he and Hurd both got it. Anything positive for the talent level in TN.

I think Worley will be named the starter this week. I believe NP and RF will play in the first 3 games and whoever shines the brightest will be given the reins for the rest of the season.
