At this point having to ask for a free repair would only make me hate them more. They've had several chances to fix this and haven't so F'em
So, you're paying them the better part of $200 bucks in order to prove a point to whom exactly?
Dood, even if you plan on permanently divorcing HD, you DO NOT pay for that repair. If you want to take the high-ground, have them ship back your broken gun and fix it yourself.
Well..fawk em..fawk em and feed em beans. Like you, I now consider this matter closed.
That's good because I've got another situation.
A homeowners association has filed an injunction to stop work on my job site.
We're putting a metal roof on a house and they are saying we don't have proper approval.
Is it the kind of roof that's not permitted in their restrictions or a lack of proper paperwork filing?
The restrictions are not real clear on metal roofs. There are 9 metals in the neighborhood already. We picked a roof on another house and bought the exact same roof so that shouldn't be the issue. I think there is history between the board and the homeowner. They don't like each other.
