I've never met a Muslim that made me worry about them as a group. You've got to give up on the "us vs. them" mentality if there is ever going to be peace. I'm not saying they're right. I'm saying we've got to try to take the high road for the greater good.

I said I wanted them eradicated. I didn't say they were going to be eradicated. They could be, but that would mean taking out innocent lives in the process.

Iirc Thomas Jefferson dispatched troops to battle Muslim pirates around Africa. If you turned on a telivision last week you would see some ME population throwing rocks and burning something and I have the sneaking suspicion they were doing it biblical times.

Put yourself in their shoes. Are we likely to eradicate terrorism with out current methods? Picture yourself as a young teenager in Libya whose brother has been killed by an errant drone attack....think you might have a reason to listen to Al Qaeda when they try to recruit you?

I see what you are saying. Im simply saying the region has not had many periods of peace. Was the same Libyan around when Quidaffi (sp) was in his prime? If so he would realize his brothers blood likely was spilled because of the reckless actions of his country's leader
