Put the quarters in a brine early this morning, gonna throw them on around 2 and cook them until they are 170 degrees at the joint. Also gonna throw together a pasta salad and cook some fried green tomatoes. Gonna have it ready for the wife when she gets home from a baby shower, then we gone make sweet love for a few minutes.

Gonna get slathered in BBQ sauce? Not talking about the chicken.:whistling:

the boy didnt seem to enthused about hauling those armadillos off this morning. Also had to haul Phillips bed off, he has trashed that thing.

just beat the boy at NCAA 14 for the second time in 2 days. Still undefeated all time, he thought he had me this time but I milked the clock and scored with 11 seconds left to take the victory. He had Alabama.

Buddy that goes to Alaska fishing every year is fixing to drop off about 75 lbs of halibut, salmon, rockfish and cod. Nice

Did you physically beat your boy for picking Bama? wtf are you teaching your kids?

No, the previous sealed pkg only says salmon. I know it's good tho.

No doubt. My dad went twice and brought back several kinds. I liked it all and it was all different in taste, color and texture, my favorites are Sockeye and King. I started buying it online from the charter outfit he used, it is expensive but no comparison to this farm-raised crap we get at the supermarket.

Behr, I think he told me one time that it was King, I don't remember. Wife hates it cause its "fishy tasting". The halibut, marinated in a rosemary marinade, is out of this world.
