"Yes. In fact, they may already be there. They were planning on leaving around 5:30 CT this morning. I've gotten a couple of txts from coach this morning so I'm sure they are either in route or already there."

he said he was going to do something in August. even if he does not commit we are still the clear cut leader and he may pull the trigger within the next 2-3 weeks.

I agree. Could see a domino effect with the DL guys. If Ford were to commit, Barnett and Humphreys planning to wait till August may not work out if they want a spot. I am not one that thinks "we will take them all" as I don't see 6-7 spots available for DL guys.

What other D-linemen are about to commit? My guess is that 4-5 spots are being left open for D-linemen. Barnett will more than likely be a Vol as will Hendrix. The tricky part is who are the next 2-3 D-linemen.

The coaches aren't going to overload a position and leave a deficiency on the D-line. If they do that, I'll start to question what's going on.

we can take Mouhon,Gaulden,the Berrys, and still have about 4 spots for DL.Maybe even a spot for 1 WR. who knows. it will be alright though. they know we need DL.I already count Dews as A GS. we have 21 commits including him so i feel pretty strongly we fill the whole class with our targets. No reason to think that we dont right now.

This. They only have 1 DL commit to date. I'd wait for at least another 2-3 Dline commits (none of which look overly close to happening) before I start worrying about numbers there and who to take and not to take.

Hooker keeps saying we will probably only take 28 because Butch will want to save a few for next year. I say fill it up now and get them on board and learn the scheme.
