Zimmerman Trial

If he had been white he would've probably got jumped by 3 black dudes at the 7-11. You're right, would never have happened.

So you think in a neighborhood where one black guy walking down the street allegedly checking out houses is enough to warrant 911 calls, that 3 of them could be hanging around a gas station lying in wait would go unnoticed. Right.

Back to the football forum for me. If God-awful crap like this is going to be allowed for a thread, and what's worse is people come in here and defend it, I'm not going to glorify it by trying to argue.

Politics forum officially jumped the shark and is now hopeless, imo.

Oh get off your high horse; you stir the race pot more than any poster on here.

You must not watch the news or read the papers.

Are you kidding? Tracy Martin nearly incited a riot with his lies against George Zimmerman. He repeatedly stood in front of crowds and stated with extreme passion that Zimmerman stalked his son and murdered him in cold blood. Zimmerman and his parents received death threats and had to move out of their homes. In a city meeting, he stood up with his attorney and said give us one man, just one man!

Ok, still don't see the grounds for a suit. If you are saying he or his parents should sue for damages due to having to move out of their home, I guess I could see that, but others might argue that he contributed to those damages. He might be able to push for libel or slander but since he was acquitted, then I think the judge would say he wasn't effectively slandered.
