After some deducing and investigative snooping it is for a neighborhood association meeting as best I can guess.

I'm not a part of some neighborhood facebook club that I'm aware of! Fawkers can pollute some other idoits yard that donates money to do nothing! Ashole up the street has mowed his yard twice in the last year!

yikes. hell i got a letter from the city saying cut it or else. i asked him on the phone if he had been out of town because it's been raining for a week and a half. our grass can't be more than 6".

Most of us just keep our yards maintained. I have a crew come every other week. I would cut it myself, but I'm lazy and I have allergies from fresh cut grass. Sometimes it gets wild, but not ridiculous. If it's tall after a week between cuts I don't care. But the guy up the street could bail his yard and feed a herd of cattle. WTF do these voluntary neighborhood fees cover? That's what I want to know.

6" is insane. That really isn't tall at all. You must live in a gated community.

nah historical district. this town thinks it's all that and 2 bags of chips because during the civil war there were a bunch of hospitals here. So there were a lot of doctors here and therefore quite a few old nice houses. they even named it 'Newnan the City of Homes'. Bleh. i dont care.

In fact after I drive by dude's house every day I shout in a volume that if he was outside he could here, "Cut your ******* yard!"

I don't like being in a hoa but its ok I guess. We pay 75 per month. This includes mowing, water, sewer, landscaping and garbage pickup. I was elected president of our hoa after only living here a year.

i like the amenities they usually offer. pools, playgrounds etc. but it's the strict guidelines i don't like. my cousin lives in one and they said he needed to put out new pine straw around his bushes because his was faded.

Our HOA never got off the ground. Developer left before he put in the playground/park area. We give money each year to help keep the entrance looking nice.

I guess cause you've had contact. They asked me a few questions and signed a piece of paper. She told me that they recommend you not take the shot anymore unless there was a valid reason.

My Uncle lives in Prestonwood in Cary NC and they can dictate your interior wall colors, blinds, patio furniture, etc. One guy said screw them over some patio furniture so they slapped a lien on him, oops.
