No improvement from last night for my grandmother, but she's doing no worse, too. Good news for now since they had us calling in family yesterday afternoon.

I wasn't aware of your grandmom's condition. Hope she gets through this and does well, 32.

Came in just under the time limit. Spent 45 minutes filling out an online application then proceed to a new website and nothing loads.

Internet went out right after I finished. Saved me from being very pissed off.

Lulz. Doesn't do a lot. Will freak out the less experienced.
It's hilarious when i tell the guys on the ramp to do that. they'll call in a panic about being overweight. I tell them to calm down and there's an easy way to fix it. Alt F5. then they really panic. and of course i go. Good, stay out of the flight and let someone who knows what they are doing fix it... click.

I can be such an arse sometimes.

You know the quick way to really mess with people for a while by disabling their icons and making it look like they are still there?

Yep. Then disable the icons. I've got 4 people to call our IT guy over it and it takes less than a minute.

Or remap their icons.
Yeah i've done the same. But once i had to go out and work a flight. I get back inside and there's my supervisor and an IT guy trying to figure it out. ahhhh good times.

They did not appreciate the lulz did they?
negatory. I explained it, my supervisor and the guy i did it too just scratched their heads. The IT guy laughed. So i fixed it and went about the day. a couple of hours later i rotated his screen,(ctrl, alt, arrow key) That brought big lulz because he had turned the monitor on it's side. That's when i started using the phrase. "everyday somebody makes me feel better about myself."

Lulzed. The IT guy at my office is a pretty good sport about it, so that's pretty cool. I am going to remap my coworker's icons soon to mess with him. It will drive him nuts as he is a touch neurotic going to the point that his recycling bin is emptied everytime he deletes anything.

Should be fun.
