(,the way mamma wanted it...) it still had a good flavor. Coated it in a butter/seasoning mixture and ten kosher salt. Put it In the oven at 500deg at 5min/lb. Then turn off the oven without opening the door, and let it be for 2hrs. Pretty simple.
