Hey coach Mark Richt why you on volnation when your supposed to be recruiting?since you really can't reply to my question since you made something up that wasn't said (regarding the officials) you decide to post a link to the crystal ball.. which says what? that he is considered a lean toward tennessee? who said he wasn't thought of being a lean (i even said that in my first post on josh), but i spoke to barton simmons regarding josh and he said josh is more open to other teams and barton is a national guy. Barton also changed his crystal ball from tennessee to georgia. so as i said he seems to be open and those officials will be very important.
Someone on here said Malone doesn't like Hurd. Is your bias showing through here or is this an honest evaluation?

Fair question. Honestly, even though an athlete may have conduct or attitude issues, it still doesn't change the athletic ability of a football player. So, an honest opinion of his football ability is that I have never been impressed with his on-field production. He takes plays off, gives up on plays, and will dive on the ground rather than fight for yards. Very timid and has no fight at all. It may seen odd as he performs stellar at combines. And who knows, maybe he'll have a phenomenal year this coming fall. I am only going by what I've seen in the past.
As for any other issue that I didn't feel like was necessary to discuss initially is his attitude. Hurd and the rest of the recruits have tried on several occasions to reach out to him, get acquainted, spend time with him, etc. and from what I've been told, he's been less than receptive (distant, cocky, etc).
The 2014 commits do not like his attitude at all. This is not just Hurd; this is all of the guys. They're all very close, very personable and have gelled well together. So, from what I've heard from the kids and from what I've seen for myself, I can say that I don't feel that it would be any great loss to the potential success of UT football if we do not get him.

Welp, that's a bummer. But if he's not going to gel with the rest of the class and thinks he's too good for them, oh well.
Vol74, what is the opinion of Booth from Hurd and the other recruits in the class?
I really don't know anything about Booth. I know that he has had conversations with the guys on twittter and "seems" eager and receptive, but that's all I know.
As far as the Malone situation, I have heard several things from several different kids (not just UT commits), but his distance could always just be because he's just shy. It's hard to tell as I don't know him. It's very well-known that he lives a somewhat sheltered life as he isn't allowed to be a part of any social media. So, possibily he's just misunderstood.
Of course, you'd probably get a different answer if you asked the commits.
Funny though, I had never heard that he didn't like Jalen, so I asked him why. He said he didn't know it either. Lol.
