There is an old man that raps ice ice baby on the street all day. A guy that pushes a 6 ft ball painted like the world up and down the strip at night. A big black dude with no shoes that walks around calling everyone daddy, begging for change. A really tall white dude that talks to his hand. Its like a mini gatlinburg with a bunch of various shops, restaurants and bars. Except all the crazies live here, mixed in with really rich.people. it's very odd.
